Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon  white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powderÂ
Preparation
- Cut cream cheese into cubes.
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan.
- Cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
Helpful hints
- Serve Alfredo Sauce over fettuccine or your favorite pasta. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
- Other milk substitutes such as rice milk and almond milk may be substituted.
