Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon ground celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oilÂ
Preparation
- Mix seasonings together.
- Add to vinegar and oil.
- Shake well to mix.
Helpful hints
- Homemade salad dressings keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
- For variety try different oils, including flavored or spicy oils.
