Preparation
- Place ingredients in a jar. Top with the lid and shake until well mixed.
- Drizzle dressing over salad. Refrigerate leftover dressing for up to one week.Â

- Ginger paste is packaged in a tube and available in the produce section of some grocery stores. If unavailable, use minced fresh ginger root.
